However, for those of you who haven’t, I’d like to introduce you to my good friend Blueberry Muffin. This delicious snack consists of just dates, cashews, raisins, almonds and blueberries! And I can definitely say it is quite filling for its size, although I’m not a very big guy so you may feel differently. They’ve got flavours like carrot cake, macaron and even orange + chocolate, so try them out and let me know which ones you like best.

I find that some folks don’t enjoy plantain chips as much as I do but if you like them, go ahead and pick up this all natural brand.
